We want you to love your items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.

2. Our "No-Return" Refund Policy

To minimize environmental impact and unnecessary shipping costs, we do not require you to ship items back to us for most orders under $50. * Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please send a photo of the item to our support team. We will immediately issue a Full Refund or send a Free Replacement.

  • Change of Mind: If the item doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out. In many cases, we will offer a Partial or Full Refund while allowing you to keep the item, donate it, or give it to a friend. This helps us reduce the carbon emissions associated with international return shipping.

3. How to Request a Refund

  3. Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items requested after 30 days of delivery.

  • Final sale items or digital gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
