2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
To keep our prices affordable and offer free shipping, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking services like 17track. It may take 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tarotara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, please contact us immediately at info@thetarotara.com, and we will issue a full refund or a free replacement.
